We're a local Phoenix business — no franchise, no sales reps, no national ad budget. We buy NSF-certified equipment directly from manufacturers and install it ourselves. Same quality water. No. We use the same NSF/ANSI certified resins, carbon media, and RO membranes that the major brands source — often from the same manufacturers. NSF certification is the gold standard for water treatment equipment, and all of our systems meet or exceed those standards. The equipment is the same. The honest pricing is the difference.

Everything. The equipment, all fittings and connectors, professional installation by a licensed plumber, and a lifetime warranty on the equipment. No hidden service fees, no 'maintenance plan' you have to buy, no annual charges. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Most whole-home system installations are completed in a single visit — our tech comes out, tests your water, surveys the space, and installs the system the same day (typically 4–6 hours). Under-sink RO systems take about 2 hours. If your home has unusual plumbing we may need to schedule a follow-up, but we'll always let you know upfront. Someone needs to be home, but you can go about your day — we just need access to the main water line and the installation space.

We can work with well water, but the solution depends on what's in your water. Well water in the Phoenix area often has different contaminant profiles than city water. It depends on your goals. A traditional salt softener actually removes the calcium and magnesium ions causing hardness — best if you want the softest water possible for your skin, hair, and appliances. A salt-free conditioner changes the structure of those minerals so they don't cling to surfaces — no salt, no wastewater, but water isn't technically 'softened.' We'll help you figure out which is right for your home in your free consult. Neither is 'better' — it depends on your priorities.

Lifetime warranty on all equipment we install. If the tank fails, if the valve breaks, if any component stops working due to a manufacturing defect — we cover it for the life of your system. Normal consumables like RO filters and salt for softeners are not covered (those you'd replace yourself or we can help), but everything structural is under warranty permanently.

We don't offer financing at this time — all installs are paid in full at the time of service. We accept check, credit card, and bank transfer.
