By accessing and using the Whale Spout Water LLC website (whalespoutwater.com) and our water filtration installation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Whale Spout Water LLC provides water filtration equipment sales and professional installation services in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Maricopa County, Arizona. Our services include whole-home water softener installation, salt-free water conditioner installation, and under-sink reverse osmosis system installation.
Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on our website are all-inclusive installed prices for standard Phoenix metro residential installations. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written quote has been provided. Complex installations (e.g., slab foundations, non-standard plumbing) may be quoted separately after a site assessment.
Payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept check, credit card, and bank transfer.
Equipment Warranty
Whale Spout Water LLC provides a lifetime warranty on equipment defects for all systems we install. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in tanks, valves, housings, and structural components. It does not cover:
- Normal consumables: salt, RO filters, TAC conditioning media
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, or physical damage
- Pre-existing plumbing issues not related to our installation
- Systems that have been modified or serviced by unauthorized parties
The warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners if you sell the property. Contact us to update warranty records.
Installation
Installation is performed by licensed and insured contractors. You agree to provide reasonable access to the premises for installation and any required follow-up service. You represent that you have authority to authorize installation work on the property.
We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions that could affect installation, though we will inform you of any issues discovered during the installation process before proceeding with work that would incur additional cost.
Cancellations and Refunds
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time at no charge. Once equipment has been ordered for a scheduled installation, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. Installed systems may not be returned. Contact us promptly with any concerns about an installed system — warranty service is always available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whale Spout Water LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Website Use
The content on whalespoutwater.com is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, pricing, competitor data, and product specifications may change. We do not warrant that website content is always current, complete, or error-free.
You agree not to use our website to:
- Collect information about users without consent
- Interfere with the operation of the website

Governing Law
